"Anthony is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. His attention to detail is second to none. He is professional, warm, ethical, knowledgeable and super easy to work with.We've worked with Anthony 3 times over the last 9 years and have always recommended him to friends and family. He has helped us with a sale, a purchase and an investment purchase. We had an excellent experience each time:- Sale: house sold within the first week on the market above our asking price and we got one of the higher prices per square foot in the neighborhood.- Purchase: he helped us find a property that was exactly what we were looking for within our price range. "When my mom decided to down-size, I needed an agent that I could trust to keep her interests above his own. Anthony was referred to me and after walking through the home with him and hearing his opinions, I knew he was the right choice. Anthony had the home photographed and a professional floor plan drawn (a nice touch for buyers!). Once quickly under contract, there were a couple of times the sale could've gone bad but Anthony knew how to handle each situation and keep the transaction moving. A total professional. We were so happy that my mom used him to buy her next home. If you want a professional and ethical person to represent you, call Anthony - He won't waste your time and will give you honest answers.
